Course, logistics and rules
The course surface is canal towpath and compact trail; routes are either out-and-back or lapped depending on distance. The event is fully supported with marshals, signage and feed stations approximately every 3 miles. A 6.5 hour cut-off applies for all distances.
Travel notes state the start area is a short walk from Skipton train station and local car parks and streets provide parking; the Leisure Centre pay and display is not recommended. The event is cup-less - reusable cups or bottles are requested. Headphone rules prohibit over-ear headphones; bone-conducting or one-ear-only devices are permitted.
