Skippin & Sippin 5K & PHun Walk/Run : Gulf Shores, AL
Skippin & Sippin is a community running and walking event held in Gulf Shores on October 24, 2026. The event offers timed and non timed participation options and includes in person and virtual choices. It is presented in partnership with LuLu's Gulf Shores and Parrot Heads in Paradise, Inc.

Walkers, strollers, and leashed pets are welcome. Race registration includes a race bib, chip timing, an event t-shirt if registered by the shirt deadline, and access to the post race party at LuLu's Gulf Shores. Virtual participants receive an event t-shirt, virtual bib, and a commemorative item; a shipping fee applies for mailed materials. A shirt only pickup option is available and shirts for that option must be collected at packet pickup or at the check in tent on race day.
Registration fees vary by date and age group with early bird, regular, and late pricing tiers. A no shirt price option reduces the registration total. Processing fees and sales tax apply.
Awards are given to top male and female overall and to the top three male and female finishers in standard age groups. Finisher prizes are available to all who complete the 5K and PHun Walk/Run. Proceeds provide assistance to breast cancer patients in Gulf Shores, surrounding communities, and eligible Parrot Head members nationwide.
