Sister to Sister Fitness Festival 2026
The Sister to Sister Fitness Festival is a community fitness event held at the Alan E. Sims Cedar Hill Recreation Center in Cedar Hill, Texas. The festival is hosted by the Celebrating Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on breast cancer education, encouragement, and empowerment. The 2026 festival marks the 25th annual edition and uses the theme "Unstoppable Together."
Participants can choose onsite or virtual options. Onsite programming includes fitness activities, music, participant programs, and on-site services at the recreation center. Virtual participants may run or move from any location and submit results between October 3 and October 11, 2026; virtual registration is handled separately.

Registration information: registration opens October 13, 2025 and closes January 1, 2026; the listed registration fee is $25. T-shirts are provided to participants who register by September 19, 2026. Finisher medals are awarded to the first 350 participants to cross the finish line at the onsite event.
The festival lists an honorary chair who is a former state representative, a special guest with a background in television, sports broadcasting, film, and recent authorship, and kickoff coaches who are breast cancer survivors with seven, eight, and fifteen years of survivorship.
