The Irving Oktoberfest event includes a Half Marathon (13.1 miles), a 10K, and a 5K, held at the Plaza at Toyota Music Factory in Irving, TX. The courses run through the Las Colinas Urban Center, include sections on Campion Trail, and routes around Lake Carolyn. The event is USATF certified and chip timed. The race benefits the Irving Schools Foundation and features a post-race Oktoberfest festival with live entertainment, food and beverage coupons.

Race features and logistics
Registration includes free professional HD photos, bag check, a gender-specific performance shirt, a custom finisher medal, and a race bib with timing chip. RaceJoy live tracking and GPS progress alerts are available. Pacers are provided for the half marathon. Age-group awards are given for all distances; the half marathon offers overall cash prizes for top three male and female finishers ($100, $75, $50). Team Challenge awards include fastest, most participation, and best dressed team trophies. Packet pickup is scheduled Friday, Oct 2 at the Omni Las Colinas Hotel. Event parking is available at the Urban Towers Parking Garage for an $11 fee (credit card only). Bibs must be worn facing forward and participants must start in their assigned corrals.
