Race weekend includes packet pickup at 605 Running Company Downtown on the day before the races. Race day packet pickup is not available. Shuttle transportation runs between Fawick Park and the half marathon start line with a limited loading window. No parking is allowed at Family Park; free parking is available in downtown ramps on weekends, with the closest ramp near 200–238 S Mall Ave.
Race services include bag drop at the Family Park start line using only the provided clear snap bag, aid stations approximately every two miles, finish line refreshments and music at Fawick Park, and a range of paced groups for a variety of finish times.
