The event takes place at Cherry Rock Park in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The course is described as flat and fast. It is an out-and-back route along a bike path, beginning and ending at the park.
Awards will be given to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in four age/gender categories: men under 39, men 40 and over, women under 39, and women 40 and over.
Fundraising Information
This is a fundraiser. The organizers state they are not giving away any participant swag (like t-shirts) in order to keep costs low and registration fees affordable. The goal is to maximize the funds raised. All money raised from the race and bake sale stays local to support children in Sioux Falls.
