The Silver State 50/50 is a trail running event at Rancho San Rafael Park in Reno. This edition is the 41st running of the 50-mile and 50-kilometer endurance runs and the 18th running of the trail half-marathon. Distances offered:

Course and logistics
All courses run on dirt trails and dirt roads. The 50K features about 6,100 feet of ascent and 6,100 feet of descent. The 50M features about 9,500 feet of ascent and 9,500 feet of descent. Course high elevation is approximately 8,266 feet and low elevation is about 4,700 feet. The half-marathon follows the 50M/50K course for the first seven miles and has roughly 1,800 feet of ascent and descent.
Course marking and support: the 50M is marked with pink ribbons and pink arrows, the 50K with blue ribbons and blue arrows, and the half-marathon with orange ribbon and red arrows. The 50K uses seven aid stations; the 50M uses nine aid stations. Aid stations provide water, ice, electrolytes, carbonated water, sodas, broths and a variety of food items. Drop bags are available at specified aid stations and are returned to the start/finish after the relevant aid station closes. The race is cupless and trekking poles are permitted. Parts of the course cross multi-use areas where other trail users may be present.
Registration and awards
Registration opens December 31, 2025 and closes May 13, 2026; there is no race-day registration. Entry fees in the source text are listed as $125 for the 50M, $110 for the 50K and $90 for the half-marathon. Awards are given to overall women’s and men’s winners for each distance and to first-place finishers in age groups from 19 and under through 70 and over.
