Logistics and registration
Standard entry fees listed are $45 for the 5K and 10K and $35 for the student/youth 5K and 10K. Student/youth registration opens January 4, 2026. General registration remains open until the race begins, with event-specific registration deadlines on March 22, 2026. To guarantee a t-shirt in the requested size, registration must be completed by midnight on March 17. Registrations submitted after midnight on March 15 may experience a delay in medal delivery of up to 2-3 weeks after race day. Free parking is available at the Main Pavilion, with overflow parking at the South Meadow Pavilion. A raffle will be held on race day; tickets are $10 and cash is requested.
