Silsoe Stride

The Silsoe Stride is an annual running event featuring a 5K, 10K, and a Children's Fun Run, set in the picturesque grounds of Wrest Park and surrounding farmland. This event caters to runners of all abilities, with a scenic and gently undulating route for the 5K, which welcomes walkers and Nordic walkers. The 10K is designed for more experienced runners aged 15 and above.

The Children's Fun Run includes various distances for ages 2 to 10, with all finishers receiving medals and trophies for top performers.
