Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon
The Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon is a certified half marathon of 13.1 Miles held on a single-lap, traffic-free course that runs anti-clockwise around Milton Keynes. The route passes along the Grand Union Canal and through the city’s linear parks, with the event hub at Willen Lake Watersports Centre, V10 Brickhill Street, Milton Keynes MK15 0DS. All finishers receive a bespoke metal medal and there is an option to purchase a long-sleeved finisher T-shirt.
The event includes chip timing and online results, aid stations approximately every 3 miles, fully marked routes, marshal and medical support on course, professional photography, additional toilets on route, and a bag drop. The race is AIMS measured and UKA licensed; it can be used as an in-person half marathon result for London Marathon Good For Age entry when combined with the required virtual marathon proof. Race packs can be collected in person or posted out approximately three weeks before the race. There is a minimum age of 17 to take part. A limited number of elite entry places are available with specific qualifying times for free or discounted entry. Parking is available in and around Willen Lake but fees apply.
