Sidney Brew to Brew 5K
The Sidney Brew to Brew 5K is the second annual road race held in Sidney, New York on September 19, 2026. The course runs from Wakeman Coffee Co. in the village of Sidney to Muddy River Farm Brewery in Unadilla and is marked with cones, paint, and signs. Friendly volunteers in vests will be available along the route to answer questions. Start and finish areas will have multiple portable restrooms.
All registrations are online only. Registration opens June 11, 2026 and closes September 12, 2026; the registration fee is $35.00. Packet pickup will take place behind Wakeman Coffee on the morning of the event. T shirt pickup is at Muddy River Farm Brewery after the race; T shirts are provided while supplies last and a tie dye station will be available.
Participants age 19 or older will receive tokens for one complimentary beverage at Wakeman Coffee and one at Muddy River Farm Brewery to be used the day of the race. Parking is available on the street near Wakeman Coffee at 66 E Main Street, at the Moose Lodge parking lot at 20 E Main Street which is recommended, and at Muddy River Farm Brewery at 15544 County Highway 23. A shuttle will run between the brewery, the Moose Lodge, and stops in between from 10am throughout the afternoon.
Proceeds will benefit the Uplift Collective, a Sidney Center based nonprofit working with Bassett Healthcare to support children and families facing significant health challenges in the Western Catskills and Southern Tier. The event is rain or shine. An award ceremony will be held at Muddy River Farm Brewery after the final participant crosses the finish line.
