The Sidmouth Four Trigs is a self navigated trail run around Sidmouth, Devon. The course is a roughly 17 mile loop (about 27 km) that starts and finishes at the Watersports Hub, Sidmouth EX10 8BG. Runners must visit four trig points in sequence: High Peak, Beacon Hill, Buckton Hill and Weston Cliff. The total climb is about 914 m, and the route offers views from each trig and between them.

Navigation is the runner's responsibility and a route map is available. The route order stays fixed for the event but the overall direction changes between editions. Excessive use of roads is discouraged. There are a few additional checkpoints on the route and marshals are present at locations such as Four Elms, White Cross, Sidbury and near the Donkey Sanctuary.

Pre entry is required and day entries are not available. Entry places are limited. The event is restricted to adults aged 18 or over and dogs are not permitted. The course is a loop and finishes where it starts.

Facilities at the Watersports Hub include toilets, showers and refreshments. All finishers receive a hot jacket potato and cakes plus a Welsh slate medal. All profits from the event are donated to Cardiac Risk in the Young. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
