Summer Challenge Day 2 2027
Summer Challenge Day 2 takes place on 27 June 2027 near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ. The event is an 8 hour timed road event run on a former disused train line that is surfaced entirely in tarmac. The course is accurately measured and therefore classified as Road.
Organisers operate a "TUGG" system (Turn Up Get Going) that allows flexible arrival within the event entry window; participants must complete their final lap within the permitted event time. Each lap is 5.3 km out and back on a scenic section of track. Runners and walkers may complete as many laps as they can within the timed period; finishing one lap or many laps is recorded and eligible for a finisher medal for those who choose the standard entry options. There is also a no perks entry that does not include a medal.
The event is open to entrants aged 15 years and over. Maximum field size is 75. Entries close 26 June 2027. Entry fee categories listed for the event include affiliated and unattached options with and without event perks, and a permit number is provided as ARC.
