Summer Challenge Day 1
Running Events Devon stages Summer Challenge Day 1 on Saturday 27 June 2026 near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ. The event is an eight hour timed event operated with a TUGG system (Turn Up Get Going), which allows participants to begin during the event operating window and requires all laps to be completed by the event cut off.
The course is an accurately measured road route on an old disused train line. Each lap is 5.3 km out and back, run entirely on tarmac, and described as undulating. The event is classified as Road.
Entrants are limited to 75 and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 26/06/2026. Fee categories published for the event include affiliated and unattached options, and reduced fees for entries with no medal or goodies. Finishers who complete at least one lap within the permitted time are eligible to receive a medal. If capacity is reached, later entrants will receive a bespoke medal chosen from those available on the day.
