Summer Challenge Day 1
Summer Challenge Day 1 takes place on Saturday 27 June 2026 near Capel Lane, Littleham, Exmouth EX8 2QZ. The event is an 8hr timed challenge run on an accurately measured course that is classified as Road and is run entirely on tarmac. The route follows a scenic line on an old disused train track and is an out-and-back lap.
The event uses a "TUGG" system (Turn Up Get Going) that allows flexible arrival on the event day with a fixed cutoff for finishing. Each lap measures 5.3 km and participants may complete as many laps as they can within the permitted time. Participants who complete one or more laps within the permitted time are classed as finishers and can collect a medal.
Entry is limited to 75 participants and the minimum age is 18 years. Entries close on 26/06/2026. Permit number for the event is ARC.
