Course services and logistics include cupless water stations with self-serve dispensers and Gatorade, with stations placed at approximately 1.5 mile intervals. Porta potties are provided along the course and at the race expo. A generous seven hour time limit applies to the marathon, and an early start option is available for marathon runners who notify organizers in advance; early starters should plan to carry their own water for the initial portion and must be familiar with the course.
Packet pickup is provided the day before the race at a local fitness location, and race day packet pickup is available at the start area. There is no race day registration. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers in each race and to the top three in each age group, with age categories ranging from 0–9 through 80+.
