Shoreline Marathon : Ventura, CA
The Shoreline Marathon takes place on July 12, 2026, at Solimar Beach, Ventura, CA (2808 Pacific Coast Hwy). The course runs along the Rincon HWY-1 bike path and is described as 100% beachfront and mostly flat. The full marathon uses a three-loop layout and the course is certified as a Boston Qualifier (USATF Cert# CA24016TEB). The full marathon has a 7-hour time limit. The event is part of the Surfers Point Race Series; finishing all three races in the series earns a special series finisher medal.

All registered runners receive a finisher medal, a race-day technical shirt, a premium sublimated windbreaker, and a reusable tote. Additional items listed for participants include a goody bag and post-race food. Runners are offered a complimentary glass of beer and a plate of street tacos at the post-race expo; under-21 participants are offered a root beer. Friends and family may purchase food and beer tickets.
Awards include top 3 overall and top 3 age-group placements for each race, and top 3 team competition awards. Packet pickup is available. Water stations use no disposable cups; reusable cups are available for purchase at packet pickup or race check-in. An early-start option is offered for full marathon runners who notify organizers in advance; early starters should be prepared to carry their own water for the initial segment.
