Shoreham Wading River Community Programs 4th of July 2026
This community event on July 4, 2026 takes place at Miller Avenue School in Shoreham, New York. It includes a 5K Run/Walk and two 1 Mile events for different age groups. The event raises funds for the Senior Scholarship Fund and will proceed rain or shine.

Amenities listed for the event include live online, text and email results for the 5K, free finish line photos, personalized bibs for registrations completed three weeks in advance, and water and fruit at the finish. Awards are planned for the top three male and female 5K finishers, the top three male and female in the 1 Mile for 12 and under, and the top three finishers in the 1 Mile for ages 13 and over.
