Shiver by the River 5k & 10k Winter Race Series - Race 4 of 4
This event is the fourth race in a four-race winter series held in March 2027 at Jim Dietrich Park, 4899 Stoudt's Ferry Bridge Rd, Reading PA 19605. The series includes multiple dates across winter and early spring and uses a wheel measured road course. Registration is handled indoors and post-race snacks are provided.

Road traffic remains open during the race, and participants run with awareness of winter conditions and regular traffic. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers in each distance. Series awards use cross-country style scoring with the lowest points winning; runners must complete at least three races to be eligible and the best three finishes count. Both distances contribute to one combined set of series awards. Series awards are presented after the March race.
Entry and event policies include required preordering for event swag including a long sleeve tech shirt, specific fees for series and individual entries, no refunds, and no mailing of awards. Proceeds support the Pagoda Pacer Scholarship Fund and related health and fitness activities.
