Event overview
The Naked Nick is a trail running event at Blue Marsh Lake, Leesport, PA, held on Sunday, Dec 13, 2026. The race offers two distances:
- 25 KM
- 50 KM
Entry fees are $39 for the 25 KM and $49 for the 50 KM. The start and finish are at the Day Use Area, approximate address 1420 Palisades Drive, Leesport, PA. Registration closes on Tue, Dec 8, 2026. All runners must finish the distance they entered; entrants may not drop to a shorter distance during the race.
Course, aid and logistics
The course is on the south side of Blue Marsh Lake and follows a lollipop layout: about 5.5 miles out, a 4.5 mile loop, and 5.5 miles back. The 50 KM is two laps, with access to a drop bag roughly midway (around mile 15-16). Surface is a mix of about 80% single track and 20% gravel roads, with occasional rocks and roots. Estimated elevation gain is approximately 1400 ft for the 25 KM and 2800 ft for the 50 KM. Aid stations are located at miles 3, 6, 10, 13, 15.5, 18.5, 21.5, 25.5, and 28.5; water, Gatorade and snacks will be available. Timing uses manual tear-off bibs; bibs must be visible on the front. All runners must finish by 5 PM. The race will proceed in typical winter conditions and may run on snow unless trails are too deep to safely continue. Post-race awards and food are provided.
