Shillelagh Shuffle 5K with Lake Norman YMCA and Lost Worlds Brewing Co
The event features a timed 5K and a 1 mile Half Pint Fun Run hosted at Lost Worlds Brewing Co in Cornelius, in partnership with the Lake Norman YMCA. The event is family and dog friendly and includes on-site amenities and activities.

There is a Packet Pick Up Party at Lost Worlds on Tuesday, March 11. Registration includes an exclusive long sleeve 2025 Shillelagh Shuffle tee.
On-course and post-event offerings include coffee, award announcements, prizes, live music, food trucks, and Irish shenanigans. A costume contest will recognize the best dressed runner and the best dressed pet.
Awards and prizes include top overall male and female receiving a three month YMCA membership, a pint glass, and a drink token for those 21 and older. Top male and female in each age group receive a one month YMCA membership, a pint glass, and a drink token for those 21 and older.
Age groups for the 5K are: 9 and under; 10 to 14; 15 to 20; 21 to 29; 30 to 39; 40 to 49; 50 to 59; 60 to 69; 70 and over. Race volunteer opportunities are available through the YMCA volunteer portal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
