The event takes place at 2229 Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC, with the start next to Marion Diehl Adaptive Field. It comprises three road race distances held on measured out-and-back loops.

Course details provided by the organizer indicate that the 5K and 10K use an out-and-back loop that measures 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the loop once and the 10K twice. The Half Marathon uses a separate out-and-back loop of 3.28 miles completed four times to cover the distance.
