New for 2026, participants receive a commemorative long-sleeve t-shirt and may upgrade to a hoodie for an additional $20. Packet pickup is required in person; participants who register as "Support from Afar" still receive race swag but must pick it up at packet locations. The obstacle course is managed by Carolina Ninja Academy; children age 4 and younger must be supervised by an adult and a waiver is required.
Published registration pricing shows tiered fees for the 5K and a steady fee for the kids' course. The event's registration policies state there are no refunds, that Race Management may cancel or modify the event for unfavorable conditions, and that registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to Acts of God.
