Shetland Sprint Triathlon
The Shetland Sprint Triathlon takes place on 26 Jul 2026 at West Mainland Leisure Centre in Aith, Shetland. The event is organised by Shetland Triathlon Club and uses the pool and leisure centre grounds for transitions and the run finish.
Distances:

- 20 km cycle on a westbound route toward Bixter Junction and Papa Stour Ferry then returning to Aith
- 5 km run made up of six short laps around the Aith Leisure Centre grounds
The swim is pool based. The cycle departs from the pool facility and follows a mapped route. The run consists of repeated laps finishing at the leisure centre.
