She Tris Sprint Triathlon - Mt. Pleasant
She Tris Sprint Triathlon in Mount Pleasant, SC is an all women's multisport event scheduled for 05/23/2027. The event offers multiple race formats on the same day including an individual sprint triathlon, a relay triathlon, a duathlon, an aquathlon, and virtual options.
Race formats include swim, bike and run combinations as follows:
- 200 yard swim
- 9 mile bike
- 2 mile run
The swim is a 200 yard pool swim held at the Mt. Pleasant recreation center pool where participants swim up and down lanes. The bike course is a two loop, nine mile route through the Park West neighborhood; roads are open to traffic but are usually fairly light. The run is an out and back two mile route on neighborhood trails and running paths that is partially shaded and flat. In the duathlon the first run is an out and back one mile route followed by the same nine mile bike and a two mile finish run. The aquathlon combines the 200 yard pool swim and the two mile run. A relay option is available for the triathlon distance.
Virtual participants may complete the distances anywhere in May, upload times for a downloadable finisher certificate, and choose local packet pickup or mailing in May; virtual results are not included in awards and times should be submitted by 11:59 pm on May 31st.
Registration opens 11/15/2026. Typical registration fees listed for this event are $105 for individual triathlon, $160 for relay triathlon, $105 for duathlon and aquathlon, and $80 for virtual options. Participants receive a complimentary training plan, clinics, group support, a swim cap, a shirt, finish line photos, a finish line party and a finisher keepsake.
