Share the Love 5K
Share the Love 5K is a community event held in memory of Collins Leach at the Kemmons Wilson Family Center for Good Grief and Dorothy’s Cottage on W Poplar Ave in Collierville, Tennessee. The event includes a 5K run and a family walk through a pastoral setting and along the Green Belt, and features family activities such as a bounce house, face painting, games, and a small animal element listed as 901 Goats.
A pre-race packet pickup is scheduled the day before at Rotolo's Craft & Crust, with on-site packet pickup and event activities at the Kemmons Wilson facility on race day. All proceeds benefit Camp Good Grief to support programs for grieving children, teens, and adults.
Awards include finisher medals for all participants and age and category awards for top male and female overall, top male and female master, top male and female grand master, and top male and female in each age group, including 19 and under and decade groups up to 80 plus. Fundraising for Baptist Centers for Good Grief is part of the event; fundraising totals and goals are listed on the event page.
