Last Mamba Standing
The Last Mamba Standing is a Last Man Standing–style running event. The race format involves runners completing one loop each hour. All runners start together at the beginning of every hour. If a runner fails to finish the loop within the hour's cutoff, they are eliminated from the event. The race continues in this manner until only one runner remains.
The event takes place on private land in Eads, Tennessee, on newly constructed trails designed specifically for this race. The course features rolling hills, flowing singletrack, and natural terrain. The remote setting includes wildlife and a quiet atmosphere.
Primitive camping is available on-site the night before the race. The event provides basic amenities such as porta potties, hand-washing stations, water, Tailwind, and simple snacks like cookies and crackers. Runners are responsible for bringing their own nutrition, gear, and camping supplies.
Every registered runner receives a race t-shirt. Any runner who completes at least one lap receives a finisher medal. The final remaining runner wins the "Last Mamba Standing" custom award. The event does not offer refunds or deferrals. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
