Event overview
The Shamrock Shuffle 5k takes place in Eau Claire, Wisconsin on March 7, 2026. The event is a 5 km loop that begins and ends at the McPhee Physical Education Center on the UW-Eau Claire campus. The race is open to all ages and includes categories for ages 11 and up, ages 10 and under, and teams. Strollers are permitted.
Course and logistics
The route starts on UW-Eau Claire’s upper campus, descends Garfield Avenue hill, crosses the university footbridge, and follows the Chippewa Valley River trail. A race clock is located at the finish line for time tracking. Day-of registration and race packet pick up are available. Team registration and guaranteed t-shirt orders must be completed by 11:00 pm on February 19, 2026; extra shirts may be ordered but sizes are not guaranteed after that deadline.
