The Festival Foods Turkey Trot takes place on Thursday, November 26, 2026 at the Eau Claire YMCA, 700 Graham Avenue, Eau Claire, WI. The event offers multiple course options for runners, walkers, and dogs.

Registration is tiered by date with separate pricing for adults, youth, and dogs: Early Bird through October 31 (Adults $27, Youth under 18 $15, Dog $5), Regular November 1–22 (Adults $35, Youth $15, Dog $5), and Race Week November 23–26 (Adults $40, Youth $15, Dog $5). Race week registrations may not receive preferred shirt sizes.
There is a single start line with four waves: Wave 1 for 5 mile runners, Wave 2 for 2 mile fun runners, Wave 3 for 2 mile walkers, and Wave 4 for the Dog Jog. Limited parking is available in the YMCA lot; organizers note nearby street parking and carpooling as alternatives. Bib and t-shirt pick-up is at the Eau Claire YMCA on Wednesday, November 25 and on Thanksgiving morning. Dogs are allowed only on the 2 mile course and are not allowed inside buildings during pick-up; runners on the 5 mile course with a dog risk disqualification. Volunteers are needed on the afternoon before the event and on Thanksgiving morning; volunteers receive a free event shirt. Snacks and personal pumpkin pie are available at the finish.
