Chilly Willy Half Marathon (Seekonk, MA)
The Chilly Willy running festival is scheduled for January 1, 2027 at the Seekonk YMCA (Newman YMCA school) in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The event offers three distances:
- Half marathon
- 10K
- 5K
All races start and finish at the YMCA and the event will use chip timing for official results. The half marathon course is described as New England flat with some rolling hills and is a certified course. The 5K and 10K courses were measured using a Jones counter and are described as flat and fast.
On-course resources vary by distance: the half marathon has seven water stops, the 10K has two water stops, and the 5K has one water stop. There is a porta-potty at Mile 5. Because of COVID measures not all water stops will be manned, but water will be available with cups filled.
All registrants will receive a finisher medal and all participants receive a medal at event completion. Trophies will be awarded to the overall male and female finishers in the half marathon, 10K, and 5K. Participants who wish to receive a race day t-shirt must register online before December 20, 2026.
