Event overview
The Shamrock Run takes place on March 21, 2026 in Central Point, Oregon, at Crater High School, 655 N 3rd St. The event includes the following distances:

- Shamrock 2 Mile
Registration opens January 1, 2026. Entry fees are $25 for non-club members, $20 for SOR members, and free for youth 18 and under. A kids "Leprechaun Lap" is listed as an additional activity.
Course and logistics
The start and finish are on the Crater High School track. The running route is an out-and-back on the Bear Creek Greenway. Packet pickup is available on race day from 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM. Parking is in the student parking lot off 3rd Street next to the gym and football stadium; faculty parking is restricted. Restroom facilities are available on site; no showers are provided.
Organizers will provide shamrock bulbs for participants to take home. Instead of traditional medals, a medal photo booth will be available with shamrock props and a rainbow backdrop; a photographer will take photos using participants' phones. Restrictions prohibit roller-skaters, bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, dogs, headphones, and unregistered participants. A sponsor listed is Hydrapak.
