The Shadwell 10K
The Shadwell 10K will take place on 20th June 2026. It is a scenic 10 km multi terrain race that starts and finishes at Shadwell Primary School. Entries are open.
The course begins on the school playing fields and is undulating, with 132 m of elevation gain. The route is roughly half road and half trail and uses local footpaths around Shadwell. Toilets and refreshments are available at the school before, during and after the event.
The course is fully marshalled and supported by a qualified first aid team. Full event details will be sent by email a few weeks before the race. Results are published on the day via webscorer.com.
The event is open to participants aged over 15. Ticket prices are shown as £16.50 and £18.50; affiliated runners can claim a £2 discount using the code AFFIL2026.
Feedback from previous participants highlighted organised marshalling, friendly volunteers and a welcoming atmosphere. Some participants noted a commemorative mug and positive support from marshals and tail runners. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
