Seton Flying Cardinal 5k
The Seton Flying Cardinal 5k is the 13th annual 5K held at Springwood Park, 60 Waterfall Road, Richmond, IN 47374. Proceeds benefit Seton Catholic's Athletic Department and the Home & School Group. The event is organized as a community race with chip timing provided by Speedy Feet and awards for top finishers.
Pre-registration details and fees are specified: a $20 pre-registration fee and a $70 household rate for early registration, and a $25 fee with a $90 household rate for registrations after April 25 or on race day. T-shirts are guaranteed to participants who pre-register by April 25. General registration opens February 25, 2026 and closes April 25, 2026. Race-day registration is held at the Pavilion in the park.
Awards are given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the top three places in each age group. Age groups include children and adults in these divisions: 8 and under; 9-10; 11-12; 13-15; 16-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-65; and 66 and over.
