SendMeMissions 5K Run/Walk : Wauchula, FL
The event is scheduled for May 7, 2027, in Wauchula, Florida. The 5K course goes through Historic Downtown Wauchula, with the finish line and awards held at Heritage Park on Main Street. Multiple race options and a virtual race are offered.
- 5K : SMM 5K Run/Walk. Registration fee listed as $20.00.
- 1 Mile : SMM 1 Mile Fun Run (all ages). Registration fee listed as $10.00.
- 880 yards : SMM Kids 1/2 Dash (ages 12 and under). Registration fee listed as $10.00.
- 3.1 Miles : SMM Virtual Race. Registration fee listed as $15.00. Participants may run or walk anywhere; there is no set route and times can be submitted online between April 24 and May 1.
- Race Supporter option for a race T-shirt listed as $25.00.
Packet pickup is available on April 29 at 215 W Orange Street in Wauchula; packets include the race T-shirt. Packets can be mailed for an additional $7 (mailed between April 27 and April 28).
Teams require the team captain to register first. Team awards are planned for the largest team and the fastest team based on the aggregate time of the first five finishers. Headphones and baby strollers are permitted on course; pets are not allowed. Awards for the 5K include overall, age-group, and several masters categories. Kids 1/2 Dash, 1 Mile Fun Run, and Virtual Race participants each receive a key chain medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
