Semper Fi 5k & Half
The Semper Fi 5k & Half is a running event taking place in Washington, DC. The courses are located in the heart of Georgetown and offer scenic views for participants. The event features two primary distances:
- 5 km
- Half Marathon
Both distances utilize the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path. The Half Marathon course starts and finishes in Georgetown near the Potomac Boat Club. The 5k course starts and ends at Fletcher’s Boat House.
The event is accessible to a wide variety of participants, and walkers are welcome to attend. For those unable to be present in person, virtual registration options are available, which include choices for receiving a medal or shirt through the mail. Registration for the in-person races remains open through the day of the event, with price adjustments occurring at designated dates leading up to the race.
