Seawitch 5K Classic and 1M Fright Walk
The Seawitch Fall Classic Racing Festival takes place on October 25, 2026 in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware at Grove Park. The event includes a timed 5K running race and a noncompetitive one mile Fright Walk. Proceeds benefit local charities in the Lewes and Rehoboth area and Toys For Tots in partnership with Apple Electric. The event is produced by Seashore Strider Event Production.

Course and timing details note the 5K follows a route through the pines of Northside Rehoboth and is described as fast and flat. The one mile walk starts with the 5K and follows an out and back on Henlopen Avenue. The 5K will include water stops at the start/finish and at 2.0 miles near 4th and Henlopen Avenue; portable toilets are available at the start/finish. The event will use Chronotrack B chip timing.
Amenities and logistics include long sleeve 100% cotton pre-shrunk race shirts, a costume contest on Sunday, and custom awards presented to overall, master and the top three finishers in 16 age groups for the 5K. The one mile Fright Walk is noncompetitive and has no awards. A silent auction will run pre-race to support an annual scholarship; payment for auction items is accepted by cash, check, or Zelle.
