Overview
The UW Medicine Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon takes place on November 29, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. The event is described as Seattle's original hometown marathon and the oldest marathon in the Pacific Northwest.

The course features rolling hills and scenic views of Seattle’s bridges, waterways, and architecture.

Registration
Registration is open from January 7 to March 31, 2026, with prices increasing on April 1, 2026. A pre-event Health & Fitness Expo is scheduled for November 27-28, 2026.
All event participants receive a long sleeve participant shirt, a race bib, and a finisher medal. Finisher apparel and post-race massages are available as optional add-ons.
