UW Medicine Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon

The UW Medicine Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon is a road race held in Seattle over the Thanksgiving weekend. The event stages a full marathon and a half marathon on a course with rolling hills and scenic views of the city’s bridges, waterways and architecture. Course maps are provided for both distances.

Pre race activities include a Health and Fitness Expo and registration and bib pickup hosted at The Westin Seattle, the event’s official host hotel in downtown Seattle. The Westin serves as the race headquarters and hosts pre race events.

Registration includes in person and virtual options and multiple competition categories, including walk, wheelchair and hand crank divisions. The event offers comped entries for athletes who can show qualifying times within the last two years, discounted entries for qualifying sub elite athletes, and discounts for active military with proof of status. Optional paid finisher apparel, post race massage and other add ons are available.
