UW Medicine Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon
The UW Medicine Seattle Marathon and Half Marathon are scheduled for Sunday, November 29, 2026. The course begins at Seattle Center and finishes at Pier 66. The event offers in-person marathon and half marathon distances and a virtual option for participants who run on their own.

Pre-race activities and services are centralized at The Westin Seattle, which serves as the race headquarters and hosts the Health and Fitness Expo, registration, and bib and shirt pickup. The Westin is offering a discounted room block for the event with a published rate of $140 USD per night for eligible dates; reservations must be made by October 30, 2026. The hotel notes a cancellation requirement of at least 72 hours prior to check-in to avoid a fee equal to one night plus tax.
Virtual event finisher packets are scheduled to ship in mid-December, and virtual participants have until December 15 to submit their finish times.
