Course and facilities

The course is an out-and-back on the Seaton Trail. The route includes single track and double track trails, a creek crossing, hills, stairs, and scenic viewpoints. The 50K distance is completed as a double loop of the trail. Indoor bathrooms are available at Pine Ridge High School and portable toilets (Johnny on the Spots) are located near the 15K/25K turnaround. Aid stations and medics are provided; race staff may remove participants who are unsafe or cannot finish within the allowed time.

Poles are permitted for the 50K. Pacers are not allowed. Refunds are not provided; deferrals and bib transfers are handled at the race director's discretion.
