Seaside Showdown Series: Sugarloaf Path - event description
The event takes place in St. John's, NL, on the route named Sugarloaf Path - Marine Lab to Quidi Vidi. The announced distance for this stage is 9K and a season pass option is offered for multiple races in the series.
The course is not continuously flagged; volunteers will staff key locations to help keep runners on the trail. A GPX file will be provided for navigation on GPS devices, and route files are also available through the Seaside Showdown Series Strava club. Participants are expected to know the trail or follow the provided GPX.
Parking is available at the starting area and carpooling is encouraged. There is a race check-in at the start where bibs are handed out. Registration and bib numbers cannot be transferred to other individuals; moving a registration to another Seaside Showdown Series race is possible with advance notice. If the event is cancelled, refunds minus service fees or rollover registration will be offered.
