Harvard Pilgrim Seafood Fest 5K at Hampton Beach
The Harvard Pilgrim Seafood Fest 5K is scheduled for Sunday, September 13, 2026, on Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. The event features a 5K out and back course along Route 1A that finishes on the sand at Hampton Beach near the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival.

- 100 yards Lil' Lobster Run for children in age divisions 4 & younger, 5-6, and 7-8
Race registration includes entry into the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival. The festival hosts culinary demonstrations, more than 80 vendors, a beer garden for ages 21 and over, live music, and a variety of games and activities.
Additional event services and policies include early bib pick up at the Millennium Running retail store, race day registration and pick up at the start/finish area near the New Hampshire Marine Memorial, and general metered and municipal parking with a pay-by-plate system or ParkMobile app. Pre-race yoga on the beach is offered and requires advance registration. Post-race refreshments include water, Powerade, fresh bananas, and yogurt provided by Stonyfield Organic, and a post-race beer option for participants age 21 and over; extra beers are available for purchase.
Awards are given to the top three overall men and women and to the top three in five-year age groups. Free digital race photos and finisher videos are provided after the event. A virtual option is available with procedures for submitting results and for receiving race swag by mail or early pickup. Virtual miles count toward the Elliot Millennium Series but do not earn Delta Dental Points Chase points. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
