Harvard Pilgrim Seafood Fest 5K - Hampton, NH
The Harvard Pilgrim Seafood Fest 5K takes place on September 13, 2026 in Hampton, New Hampshire, and finishes on the sand at Hampton Beach adjacent to the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival. The 3.1 mile course runs along Route 1A as an out-and-back route. Race registration includes entry into the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival. Harvard Pilgrim is the title sponsor.

Logistics and services include early bib pickup at the Millennium Running retail store on Saturday, September 12, and race day pickup at the registration area by the New Hampshire Marine Memorial on Hampton Beach. General parking is available at metered and municipal spots near the start and finish; NH State Parks uses a pay-by-plate system.
A free yoga session on the beach is offered on race morning and requires advance registration. Post-race refreshments include water, Powerade, fresh bananas and Stonyfield yogurt, plus vendors inside the Seafood Festival. Participants aged 21 and over may redeem a beer ticket in the festival beer garden; additional beers are available for purchase.
Official results will be published exclusively on MillenniumRunning.com. Free digital race photos are posted 3–4 business days after the event and finisher videos are emailed within 1–2 business days. Awards are given to the top three overall men and women and to top three in five-year age groups; awards will not be mailed.
Virtual participants may complete the event any time before 11:59pm on Monday, September 14. Virtual entries earn 3.1 miles toward the Elliot Millennium Series but do not receive Points Chase scoring. Virtual results must be submitted by 11:59pm EDT on Monday, September 14.
