Seacoast Half Marathon - Portsmouth, NH
The Seacoast Half Marathon is an annual road race that starts and finishes at Portsmouth High School and follows a scenic course through the coastal communities of Portsmouth, Rye, and New Castle. The course is described as mostly flat with a few rolling hills and offers views of woodlands, salt marshes, the rugged coastline, working waterways, historic homes, and Portsmouth Harbor.
The event is organized as a local charitable race. Organizers state that 100% of net proceeds support a beneficiary and that the race has raised nearly $2 million for area nonprofits. The 2026 beneficiary is the Krempels Brain Injury Center, a nonprofit focused on improving the lives of people living with acquired brain injury through evidence-based programming, shared experiences, and peer-informed support. Krempels aims to help members achieve greater potential and satisfaction with life after brain injury.

The race also includes opportunities to donate or create a fundraising page, and a range of volunteer roles with varying start times and lengths.
