Sea Pines Dolphin Dash 5K
The Sea Pines Dolphin Dash is a series of 5 kilometer run and walk events held at the Sea Pines Beach Club in Sea Pines Resort, Hilton Head Island, SC. The series runs from April 2 to December 30, 2026, and includes multiple weekly dates as well as special editions on November 25 and December 30.
The course uses the resort's hard flat beach. Every paid registered participant receives a custom race T shirt and a custom race bib. There is special pricing for children 12 and under at $20 which includes a T shirt.
Packet pickup is available before race day at the Sea Pines Resort Fitness Center and on race day at the Sea Pines Beach Club. There is a $9 gate fee payable in cash to enter Sea Pines for those not staying in the community. Bike parking, vehicle parking, handicap parking, and runner drop off are available at the Beach Club lot. Organizers encourage participants staying in Sea Pines to ride a bike or walk to the site because vehicle parking is limited, and biking is not permitted through the Sea Pines Gate.
The event benefits the Turtle Trackers organization which supports sea turtle preservation and public education on Hilton Head Island.
