Sea Cliff Triathlon Overview
The Sea Cliff Triathlon is a multi-sport event held in Sea Cliff, New York. The standard triathlon course consists of three distinct segments:

Categories and Participation

- AquaBike: A category consisting of the 400m swim and 6 mile bike segments only, open to ages 20 to 99.
- Middle & High School Triathlon: A full triathlon event for younger athletes aged 11 to 20.
- Relay Teams: Options are available for adult relay teams, high school relay teams (ages 12-19), and family relay teams which can include both adults and high school students.
