Event details

SE Champs Weekend (Nights and Middles) takes place on 15 - 16 November. A substantially new orienteering area alongside Britty Wood will be used for the first time. The area is also used for walking, horse riding and cycling; competitors should be courteous to other users. Car sharing is available. Car parking is in a field (nearest postcode GU10 1JH). Dogs are allowed under control in the car park and assembly area but not on the courses. There are toilets, a enquiries/dibber hire/download point in Myrtle's Courtyard, and a refreshments wagon on site. There are no formal Covid-19 restrictions, but people with symptoms are asked not to attend.

Courses and entry

Anyone may enter, but to be eligible for championship medals a competitor must be a British Orienteering member with SEOA as primary affiliation and must run the championship age-class course or run up appropriately. Medals are awarded to the fastest three eligible runners in each Championship Age Class. SI dibber hire and punching rules apply; competitors must ensure their SI card registers controls and must punch the Start and Finish.
