Event Details

The SD HipHop 5k is a run/walk event taking place on Sunday, October 18, 2026. This will be the 7th annual edition. Participants are encouraged to bring lounge chairs and canopies for the festival that follows the main event. The location is 4343 Ocean View Blvd, San Diego, CA 92113, near a Home Depot.

Additional Options

A virtual challenge is also available. This challenge allows participants to complete a distance equal to 3.1 miles (5k) by running, cycling, walking, swimming, or rolling over one or multiple days. This option can be done at any location and is not officially timed.

Logistics

Packet pickup is scheduled at 1655 Euclid Ave, San Diego, CA 92105. T-shirts are given to registrants while supplies last. Registration fees are non-refundable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
