Lindsays scottishathletics East District Cross Country Relay Championships

The Lindsays scottishathletics East District Cross Country Relay Championships take place on 10 October 2026 at Dechmont Law, Deans, Livingston EH54 8PS. The event is organised by Scottish Athletics Ltd and lists relay team entries on the event page; at the time of listing there are 277 relay teams entered.

Team entry policy requires all athletes to compete for their first claim Scottish club or for their school or university club if that club is affiliated. Athletes may be entered for only one club online; competitors who should appear on a second club’s entries must contact the organiser to be added to those entries. Team entries closed on 24 September.

Competition format specifies age-group composition and the number of legs. Young Female and Young Male races are 3-lap relays with lap composition as follows: lap 1 U14, lap 2 U14 or U16, lap 3 U16 or U18. Senior/Junior races are open to athletes from U20, Senior or Masters age groups. Sen/Jun Women and Masters races are 3 legs; Sen/Jun Men and Masters Men are 4 legs.
