About the race
SCOTT Sports Summer Cheviot Goat is a challenging 50-mile (ish) ultramarathon set in the remote Cheviot Hills of Northumberland, England. The loop course, described as England’s loneliest ultra, starts and finishes at Ingram Village Hall (NE66 4LU). Organized by Cold Brew Events in partnership with SCOTT Sports, runners face unforgiving mountain terrain with a final route that may be confirmed only days before the event.
Each participant receives a GPS tracker and has 24 hours to complete the course. Prizes include the Edwin Nelson Cup for the winner, plus a T-shirt and medal for finishers; camping is available onsite, with refunds not offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
