SCOTT Sports Winter Cheviot Goat
The SCOTT Sports Winter Cheviot Goat is a challenging 55-mile winter ultra marathon held in the Cheviot Hills near Ingram, Northumberland, England. Known as "England's loneliest ultra," this tough race tests experienced ultra-runners' physical and mental endurance in harsh winter conditions. Participants navigate a loop through the largest hills in the border region, where only the hardy feral Cheviot goats remain during winter.
The event offers GPS tracking, a 24-hour completion window, and prizes including the Edwin Nelson Cup for the winner. Camping is available near the event headquarters, and all finishers receive a medal and t-shirt. The race is organized by Cold Brew Events in partnership with SCOTT Sports.
