Gecko Gathering - Scorrier House 2026
The event takes place on 23 August 2026 at Scorrier House in Redruth, Cornwall. It is organised by Purple Gecko Events and is held on a private estate.

- Half Marathon (13.1 miles)
- 5 hour Scorriergeddon endurance event
Scorriergeddon is a timed five hour endurance challenge where participants complete laps and score points for completing loops and for inflatable axe throwing at the end of each lap. Standard distances have no cut off time.
Race services include personalised bibs for competitors, medals for every finisher, awards for top finishers and free race photography. The event is timed using ST App Service and will not use chip timing. The event is Stage 6 of the PGE 2026 5k and 10k Championship Series; the top 20 male and female finishers in those distances receive championship points.
Onsite amenities listed for the day include a bar, a DJ, food vendors such as Smashed Tomato Pizza and Kim's Cakes & Bakes, ice cream, face painting and inflatable axe throwing.
