Event overview

St Piran's Revenge - Trail 10K takes place on 21 December 2025 in Perranporth, Cornwall. The race distance is 10 km and is part of the Cornwall Multi-Terrain Running Series. The course starts and finishes on Perranporth beach and runs over dunes, coastal path and moorland. The organisers describe a revised route with more dunes and additional ascent, totaling over 1000 feet of climb. The dunes are a Special Site of Scientific Interest and a Special Area of Conservation; the event has consent from Natural England and permissions from local land owners.

There are handcrafted medals for all finishers and sustainable trophies for male and female podium places and age-category prizes. The minimum age for entry is 17 or older.

Entries, facilities and race procedures

The event is full and new entries are placed on a waiting list; the listing shows 301 entries and 25 waiting-list entries. Entries opened on 1 November 2025 and closed on 19 December 2025. Entry fees are listed as UKA/ARC affiliated £7.50 and non affiliated £10.00. There are no entries on the day; race numbers can be collected at Race HQ from 9am and a bag drop will be available at the Surf Club.

Race HQ is at Perranporth Surf Lifesaving Club. Food and refreshments are available at the Surf Club and the Watering Hole Pub. Toilets and parking are available on the beachfront and at Wheal Leisure car park (a short walk away). This is a cupless event: there is no water on the course and water is provided only at the finish. Littering may result in disqualification.
