Event details

St Piran's Revenge - Trail 10K is scheduled for 21 December 2025 in Perranporth, Cornwall. The race is organised by Perran Trail Runners and is part of the Cornwall Multi-Terrain Running Series. Entry was open from 1 November 2025 to 19 December 2025. The event is now full; the entry list shows 318 participants and 32 people on the waiting list. The minimum age is 17 or older. Entry fees were listed as UKA/ARC affiliated £7.50 and non affiliated £10.00. Race numbers are collected at Race HQ on the day and there are no entries on the day.

Course, facilities and rules

The course starts and finishes on Perranporth beach and runs across beach, dunes, coastal path and moorland. The route includes over 1,000 feet of ascent and contains both descents and climbs. The dunes are a Special Site of Scientific Interest and a Special Area of Conservation; the event has consent from Natural England and permissions from local landowners, with support from Cornwall Wildlife Trust. Facilities include toilets and parking at the beachfront, additional free parking a short walk away at Wheal Leisure car park, toilet facilities at the Surf Lifesaving Club (Race HQ) and at the Watering Hole pub, and a bag drop at the Surf Club. The event is cupless: water is not provided on the course, only at the finish. Medals are provided for all finishers and sustainable trophies are awarded to podium finishers and age-category prizewinners. Littering results in disqualification.
