Scilly110 - The Ultimate
Scilly110 is a multi-stage trail run across the Isles of Scilly that uses coastal paths on the five inhabited islands. The event covers approximately 110 km arranged into six stages, with inter-island transitions that require tidal and logistical coordination.
The route includes two loops on each of St Martin's, Tresco, Bryher and St Agnes, plus final laps on St Mary’s. Cut-off paces are stated for stages, typically 7:30 min/km, with a later final-stage cut-off of 8:30 min/km due to darkness. Terrain is varied and technical, including continuous undulation, rocky sections, sand and sea spray along coastal paths.
Related events on the same race week include shorter multi-island trail races with different stage formats and cut-off paces. Entry for the 110 km event is limited; the organiser limits places to protect the environment and manage logistics. A refund policy allows full refund minus a £15 administration fee if requested by 16 March; after that date refunds are not available.
