Scilly60 The Original

Scilly60 is a multi stage trail run of approximately 60 km across the five inhabited islands of the Isles of Scilly. The event is scheduled for 13 June 2027 and follows the coastal paths of St Marys, St Martins, Tresco, Bryher and St Agnes before returning to St Marys for a final 5 km section that has no cut off.

The course is divided into six stages. Cut off times for the main stages are based on a pace of 7 minutes 30 seconds per kilometre or 12 minutes per mile. The route uses every metre of coast path on the inhabited islands and includes continuous undulation, rocky sections, sandy stretches, sea spray and technical coastal footpaths that require sustained attention.

Logistics include coordinated inter island transfers that take tidal conditions into account. Places are strictly limited and a waiting list is maintained when entries are full. There are no deferrals or transfers of entries. Refunds are available only up to 16 March 2027 subject to a £15 administration fee; after that date no further refunds are offered.

Participants who have completed Scilly60 may receive priority for entry to longer related events. Entry for those without a Scilly60 finish may require evidence of prior trail experience at approximately 100 km before acceptance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
