Schoharie 5K Run/Walk

The Schoharie 5K Run/Walk is scheduled for May 2, 2026 in Schoharie, NY, with the course located near Fort Road at the Covered Bridge and Lily Park. The event benefits the Marathon For A Better Life, supporting those with cancer.

Awards are given overall for male and female finishers and for 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in age group divisions for runners. Walkers receive a 1st place award in each division. Age divisions span from 0 - 9 up to 90+. The event is open to ages 5 through 100.

Refreshments are provided by Hannaford and Stewart Shops. A tee shirt is available for everyone registered by the end of April 12, 2026; entry fees increase on April 13, 2026. Packet pickup is at the Schoharie Fire Department on Fort Road.
