SC Festival of Flowers 5 Mile, 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
The event takes place on June 6, 2026 in Uptown Greenwood, South Carolina, with the gathering and race activities centered at the Uptown Fountain, 414 Main Street. Routes follow the Heritage Trail.

- 5 Miles (timed)
- 5K (timed)
- 1 Mile fun run/walk (non-timed)
Registration opens February 21, 2026 and closes May 22, 2026. Registration fees listed are $30 for the 5 Mile and 5K, and $20 for the 1 Mile. Participants who register by May 22, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt; a limited number of shirts may be available after that date on a first come, first served basis. Packet pick-up is held at the Uptown Fountain.
Awards include cash prizes for overall male and female winners in the 5K and 5 Mile races ($100 for first, $50 for second in each race). Age group medals are awarded in these categories: 13 and under; 14-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70+. Runners may win only one prize. Finishers of the 1 Mile receive a ribbon.
Racing Toes provides timing. Pets are not permitted on the course or within the event area. Races are held rain or shine unless organizers determine conditions are too dangerous; no refunds are issued if the event is canceled for inclement weather.
