SC Festival of Flowers 5-Mile, 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, Greenwood SC
The event takes place on June 6, 2026 in Uptown Greenwood, with course routing that follows the Heritage Trail. Three distances are offered:
- 5 Miles timed
- 5K timed
- 1 Mile fun run/walk
Online registration opens February 21, 2026 and closes May 22, 2026. Entry fees listed by the organizer are $30 for the 5 Mile and 5K, and $20 for the 1 Mile. Packet pick-up and race-day registration are handled at the Uptown Fountain. Participants who register by May 22, 2026 are guaranteed a T-shirt; a limited number of shirts will be available on race day on a first-come, first-served basis.
Late registration on race day is available via mobile device; credit card or checks are accepted and cash is not accepted. Timing is provided by Racing Toes.
Awards include cash prizes for overall top male and female and second place in the 5K and 5 Mile ($100 and $50 respectively), age-group medals across listed age categories, and ribbons for 1 Mile finishers. Runners may win only one prize. Pets are not permitted on the course or in the event area. The organizer may use participant photographs for promotional purposes. Races are held rain or shine unless conditions are declared too dangerous; if canceled for inclement weather, there are no refunds. A 2026 race map is forthcoming.
